| The establishment
of the National Engineering Research Center for
Rare Earth Materials (CREM) is one of the subprojects
of the China Science and Technology Development
Project, which was authorized by the State Development
Planning Commission and supported by the loan from
the World Bank. CREM is mainly engaged in the research,
development and production of high purity rare earth metals
and alloys, luminescent materials, magnetic materials,
environmental materials, fine chemical materials,
rare earth biological materials and other rare earth functional
materials. CREM possesses very strong ability in
scientificresearch and technical development, and
manyadvanced equipment and instruments for commercial
scale production |

ofdifferent kinds
of advanced rare earth materials. CREM has already established
a production-scale base, in which several production lines
have been built up.
Following the fast development of science and technology,
rare earth with their special magnetic, optical and electric properties
have attracted great interests of the scientists and entrepreneurs
all over the world. Rare earth materials play very important roles
in industry, agriculture and our daily lives, promote
the progress of the social civilization, and improve the
living environment of human being. The research core of
CREM is to excavate the advanced performance of rare earth materials,
the production orientation of CREM is to expand the application
of rare earth materials, and the market target of CREM is to achieve
the distinct benefits of rare earth materials. Our goal is to
do our best to build the CREM as a hi-tech enterprise
with strong innovation ability.
Based on our advanced manufacture technology, high quality
productions and full-filled activity, we are confident
that we can catch hold of the great opportunity to develop
the high technology of RE materials, to fulfill the industrialization
of RE Materials, to create the outstanding achievements,
and to make great contributions to human being.
We hope to hold together with insight people to fulfill
the combination of technology with capital market, to
build up the marine of RE materials, and to make our enterprise
bigger and stronger.
The history of CREM is splendent. The future of CREM is
waiting for our creation.
Rare Earth is not rare. Rare earth materials have lots
